Registration & Account

Signing up, identity verification, and managing your account

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, a Pakistani mobile number, email address, chosen username and password. You also need to confirm your date of birth to verify you are 18 or over. Once you submit, a verification code is sent to your mobile number. Enter it to activate your account. The whole process usually takes about two minutes.

You must be 18 years of age or older. Date of birth is collected during registration and confirmed during the KYC (identity verification) process. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and deposits are returned. This is a firm requirement.

You can register and make deposits straight away without completing KYC. However, identity verification — submitting a copy of your CNIC — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Getting KYC done early means no delays when you want to cash out. The process is handled securely and the documents are used only for identity confirmation.

No — one account per player. Duplicate accounts are detected during KYC verification. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances. PKR payments, supported methods, limits and processing times

298pkr supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion involved. The available deposit methods are shown on your account dashboard when you go to deposit.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally credited within minutes. Raast transfers are fast too, typically appearing within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank and time of transaction — allow up to a few hours during normal banking hours. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Go to the Withdrawal page in your account, select your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Your KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Processing times vary by method — see the Withdrawal page for current estimates.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown on the deposit page for each payment method. These can vary slightly between methods — JazzCash and Easypaisa may have different transaction limits to bank transfer, for example. Your VIP tier can also affect the limits available to you, with higher tiers unlocking larger transaction amounts.

Common reasons for delays include incomplete KYC (your CNIC documents have not been verified), active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, or the withdrawal request being submitted outside normal processing hours. Check your account for any pending verification steps. If everything looks complete and the withdrawal is still delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break of a chosen duration — 24 hours, a week, or a month. When it ends, your account is accessible again automatically. Self-exclusion is a longer-term closure where your account is shut for the entire exclusion period and cannot be reopened during that time. Any PKR balance remaining at self-exclusion is returned to you. Use cooling-off for a short reset; use self-exclusion if you need a more serious break from the platform.

Activate the self-exclusion tool immediately from Account Settings — it closes your account for the period you choose and cannot be reversed during that time.
